Easy Acai Smoothie Bowl

easy-acai-smoothie-bowl

This Acai Smoothie Bowl is super easy to make and even easier to enjoy. I have to admit I was a tad skeptical of the acai smoothie bowl trend but after trying one in Bali, I was impressed. Here’s a very simple recipe. I mixed it up with my Thermomix, but you could try any high speed blender. Add whatever toppings you love and have available. Try not to overdo the fruit (2 pieces of fruit a day is the recommended amount). Lastly, enjoy!
